Self Discovery Session

This is a shorter, more affordable session (perhaps 30 minutes to an hour) where potential clients have the opportunity to get to know me more, understand your coaching style, and discuss their initial goals and challenges. The focus could be on providing a taste of my coaching approach and helping clients determine if they feel comfortable and aligned with your coaching philosophy.

Self-Knowledge (3 Sessions)

Engage in a one-on-one coaching session between the coach and the client, focusing on expanding the client's mind. This discovery session is designed to be a transformative learning experience, fostering self-discovery. Clients will explore and identify their strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
